General Conditions

These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through spycobirthdayparty.co.uk and will exclude the application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon spycobirthdayparty.co.uk unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of spycobirthdayparty.co.uk.

Changing of date
You have always the right to change the date and/or time for your ordered Spy:Co birthday party independent of reason and without any additional cost.

Check of Content
You are obliged to check that the content of the delivered parcel is corresponding to the order. If something is missing or failing, you have to inform spycobirthdayparty.co.uk, at least 3 working days prior to the date for the ordered Spy:Co birthday party.

Prices
Every price is shown including tax. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment.

 

Payment

The order could be paid for with a credit card (via the PayPal button in the checkout). The order must always be paid in full before the Spy:Co birthday party.

Order
All orders should be placed on the website of spycobirthdayparty.co.uk. The orders have to be
received by spycobirthdayparty.co.uk minimum 9 business days upfront the date for the planned Spy:Co birthday party.  

Delivery
Standard Shipment has a delivery time of 5-7 business days. Spycobirthdayparty.co.uk can never be claimed for any delay caused by the mail service company/courier.

Right to Withdraw Order
You have always the right to withdraw your order from spycobirthdayparty.co.uk within 14 days from the date of the order and minimum 72 hours before the planned starting time of the ordered Spy:Co birthday party. The Return Policy below is always applicable. You will then be fully credited after that spycobirthdayparty.co.uk has received the buyer´s return of possibly sent materials.

Returning products
Returning a product is to be done on your expense unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery. The returned product is to be sent as letters or postal packages, and not for COD. In case of a trade, spycobirthdayparty.co.uk will pay for the delivery of the replacement.

Return Policy
Spycobirthdayparty.co.uk´s return period is 30 days.
Spycobirthdayparty.co.uk shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product (standard shipment). Spycobirthdayparty.co.uk will, after reception of the faulty or damaged product, compensate for the cost for the return delivery and also pay to send a replacement.
In your message to us, you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased the full, or a significant part of the product. 
 
When returning a product:
• You are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered.

• You must not have used the product however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.
 
Force Majeure
Spycobirthdayparty.co.uk is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations. As a customer, you have the right to correct or update your personal or event information for your party booking at any time. Please note, you will be required to provide your booking reference number and/or full name, address and occasion to ensure that we only accept amendments from an authorised person, i.e. the person who booked the party or a person authorised on behalf of the customer (the person who made the booking). Please note, proof of authorisation will be required at the time of contact. We will securely retain your personal and party booking information for as long as necessary for the purpose in which it was collected and in accordance with applicable law.
